Spent the day on the Saint -- about 25" -- in the Rockstar. Used Perry's drysuit again and have some advice: if you are borrowing a drysuit whose neck gasket is too large for your neck, DO NOT duct tape the gasket to your neck. You will pull off, in a ring clear around your neck, the outer layer of dermis, causing you to look like the victim of a failed garroting. Or someone who survived a hanging.

Just FYI.

But all in all a great day on the river, missing skin notwithstanding.

We've picked the official date for the Season Opener 2012, it will be March 24/25. At the Saint Francis as usual.

Bill Buscher is already plotting bird frying, we can start a different thread in the general forum to cover that.
